
Circular walk through forest and grasslands, along the Appelberg with a wide view over the dunes
Landgoed Koningshof is a varied estate in the inner dune edge. In 1962 it came into the hands of nature monuments, the association to preserve nature monuments in the Netherlands The house is inhabited. In the early spring, snowdrops and daffodils bloom in the forest.

Directions:
We follow the green arrows. We go from the parking lot around the country house. We pass a fence and enter an area where Konik horses and Scottish highlanders graze. We pass a playground and along viewpoint De Appelberg, where we can enjoy a beautiful view. In the distance the apartment buildings of Zandvoort can be seen. We walk alternately over drift sand plains and through green forest. We continue our journey and pass the Waterberg, which refers to the own water supply of the estate. We will soon arrive at the parking lot again.
This walk is easy to combine with the blue or red route.
